If you are dissatisfied with your purchased product(s) for any reason, please feel free to return the product(s) for a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) within 7 days of the purchase/order date online. We offer a 75% refund or exchange product(s) for all item(s) NOT OPEN you didn’t enjoy for any reason. For open or used product(s), we only provide 50% of your original purchased value. After 7 days, we will not exchange or refund your order. 

In order to offer the best experience to our Beauty Journey Studio customers, we reserve the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our return policy.

To return your product purchased from thebeautyjourney.com:

1. Please email us at info@thebeautyjourney.com Please be sure to include the order number and the reason for return.
2. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
3. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, please allow up to 10-12 business days for the return to be processed. A credit should appear on your bank statement within 7 full billing cycles.
4. If you are shipping an item over $97, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*Please note that merchandise not purchased directly from thebeautyjourney.com is not eligible for a refund and should be returned to the original place of purchase.
