This is such a great LED mask and super easy to use. The lights aren't extremely blinding and once on the face I didn't have to worry about accidentally looking into the light. The best part is that it has a variety of color options. I go through 2 lights at 15 mins each per day and can cycle through all the light within a week without having to worry about missing one or overdoing it. Kristina recommended which light order to use specifically for what my skin needed. It's convenient, customizable, and yield great results. I've been using it for a few years now and still going strong.
